Rachel Serra

Hi I'm Rachel, a service & UX designer and researcher.

I have a varied background and enjoy designing for a variety of media and purposes, but my real passion lies in using design thinking and problem-solving to tackle large-scale issues. I value using a human-centered design approach in my work and am especially interested in issues relating to healthcare, women, and the environment. In my recent positions with Accenture Federal Services Digital Studio and Stratos Innovation Group, I worked on solving complex problems for government agencies and major pharmaceutical clients.

When I’m not designing, I enjoy hiking, getting crafty with thread, attending live performances, eating my way through charcuterie boards, and obsessing over how cute my cat is.
